Who is this guy?

Hello everyone,

Welcome to my new Blog: UnTangled Talk!

My aim when creating this blog is to start discussions on topics that happen everyday throughout America, but usually with people that think and look the same way we do. I'm guilty of this as well, and after having many conversations with my wife and friends about different topics, I learned that I was only speaking to people who thought similarly to what I thought. For those who just must know what spectrum of the political aisle I sit on, I'll admit that I am an Independent, I literally hold beliefs that would support all political parties, and have even voted for different parties. As it pertains to more about me, I am married, no children yet, highly blessed and favored, and I love movies and political topics for discussion. I am currently also a PhD. Candidate for my doctorates in Public Policy & Administration, I hold a Master Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelors of Arts in Homeland Security. Although, I am on the cuffs as being seen as an expert in the Public Policy field, I am one of the most receptive and open individuals one could meet. No matter where a person comes from, looks like, their Social Economic Status (SES) or educational background, we all bring unique perspectives, ideas, and beliefs that we obtained through our environments and upbringing. Every idea, thought, and perspective must be respected and heard, in order to facilitate growth and understanding amongst us as a collective people. Many of these ideas and discussions we will have usually start early in the morning by passionately sharing with my wife. My wife being born in South Korea, and moving to the U.S., becoming a U.S. Citizen, and herself being a Social Worker focused on Mental Health and Counseling has led to some great conversations. Please join us in these conversation as we engage in UnTangled Talk.
